There was a matchbox template on Swap-bot blog a while back: http://blog.swap-bot.com/2009/03/03/tuesday-tip-rachels-matchbox-template/ I hadn't realized that matchboxes might be difficult to get until I read some posts on the topic, here in Finland you can get them everywhere, all the grocery shops sell them for example.
