This is a “type-2 flat mail”, sister-swap to the good mail swaps, minus the hand-crafted enclosure requirements. It’s for those who like sending personalized “happy mail” but may not necessarily feel artistic/crafty. However, artists and novices at all levels are welcome to join the fun!

What is kind mail? Mail that’s fun, personalized, cheerful, warm, encouraging and otherwise good sent from friends and acquaintances.

For this swap “decorative” means more than one sticker, washi, doodle, stamped image or otherwise bright, cheerful, happy ornamental aspect on the outer mailed packaging that’ll tell the recipient what they’ve received is gonna be good, fun, smile-worthy mail! 🎨No boring, plain, or sad mail that blends in with the bills and junk that’s usually in our mailboxes, okay! 💌
