Description:
For some reason, I have always loved this...the title of a book by Maya Angelou describing her young life. However, let's be a bit more literal, and create an ATC featuring one or more birds with cages. The birds don't have to be in the cages, but there must be a cage (and at least one bird) on the ATC. Let's try to make these special: the use of layers of paper, lovely embellishments, perhaps a charm...I know YOU know how to achieve a beautiful result!
