Hi swappers! I'm taking over hosting these swaps from Isabellasnow for awhile to give her a bit of a break, but things aren't changing too much. :-) This is the swap for February's One-Signature Junk Journal! Here are the requirements: Have some papers or embellishments reflecting the time of year and/or your partner's profile preferences. (each swapper should have made, or should make, a small section in their profile describing the styles they like in their journals to help their partners create something they will enjoy and use). Measure 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall (standard 8.5"x11" paper would work for this--just turn it sideways and fold) Have some type of cover reflecting the month (February!) Binding of choice Have at least 8 UNFOLDED pages (more is fine) This means a stack of 8 entire 8.5"x11" pages, which will double the page count when folded. You may use an assortment of papers for the journal you create--not all of them will have the same measurement; however, the cover should measure approximately 5.5"x8.5". Please leave plenty of room for journaling. If most of your pages are not suitable for journaling, simply add some extra papers/tucks/pockets/tags/etc. inside. Re embellishing pages: your journal should have several embellishments--a little something on nearly every page. That said, your 'little something' might be a bit of washi tape, a stenciled image, a rubber-stamped image, etc. DO add some tuck spots, belly bands, tags, pockets, flip outs, etc. as well.
