YTPC: Ephemera File Folder US ONLY

Let's follow along with THIS TUTORIAL to create an Ephemera File Folder for our partners.

I really like this project, but feel like the finished product in the tutorial looks a bit messy. It seems the idea is to create a lot of pockets and tuck spots within the base and fill them with ephemera. That said, you may follow the tutorial exactly OR include pockets and tuck spots in your own style.

Please DO begin with the opened file folder and create a 'spine' in the center; all pockets and tucks will be affixed to that spine.

US only, because when filled, this will probably go package rate.
