CE HMPC: NEON Colors

Create an original, handmade art postcard for your partner with a predominate NEON COLOR scheme. You can use inks, paints, collage....a little of all. Please start with a sturdy, yet flexible base: heavy cardstock, watercolor paper, etc. Minimum size is 4"x6".

Postcards must be sent naked and stamped - take this into consideration before creating your cards. Avoid using chunky embellishments and other lumpy objects that will snag in postal machinery. Make sure any collage layers are attached securely and any other mediums are sealed.
