Hi swappers . . . In honor of Halloween, let's create an ATC featuring a witch! I love all things Halloween and hope to host a few Halloween swaps in the next couple of months. Your ATC can be a photo or illustration--whichever you like. Add lots of spooky elements to your card, too.
