International swap! Send 3 label bags to 1 partner. The label bags can be already in circulation, or just new ones, or a mix. That's up to you. No homers please, unless you checked with your partner and they don't mind. The requirement is that after you have signed the label bags, there has to be 3 open spots left. I classified this swap as a type 2: flat mail. But if the label bags are a bit heavy, it can be a type 3, please be aware of that. Any questions, feel free to ask me in a message. I can take excess label bags, but NO homers, unless it's for Belgium or The Netherlands. Has to have at least 3 spots left on the label bag.
