Description:

Hi there! This swap is essentially just what the titles says. Not all of us can spend oodles of money at the post-office all of the time, so I have a challenge for you.

You will have 1 partner for which you will choose 1 item from each of 3 "categories" that I will give you, but here's the catch: spend AS LITTLE as you can to ship it (I'd say under $2, maybe $1 if you're in the US as your postage is a bit cheaper I think, correct me if I'm wrong!). So that means that you have to be creative and not only find fitting items, but also make sure they're light/small, or both!

Now here are the "categories":

  1. An item that would be fun or useful at WORK.

  2. An item that would be fun or useful for a PARTY (eg. cool bottle opener, jewellery to spruce yourself up, noisemaker; this is pretty open to interpretation).

  3. An item that would be fun or useful TRAVELING/ON VACATION (Zinc sunscreen, a mini board game; again this is very open to your interpretation)

Now if you'd like, it could be helpful to your partner if you add some profile details such as where you work or what you do, your ideal/recent traveling, catch my drift?

Please ratings of 4.5 or higher only, and no repetitive no sends. Newbies are very welcome with a bulgingly full profile, and that goes for the non-newbies as well! Because of the nature of this swap, this is for CANADA and the US only. Sorry guys :( And I also don't have the time to angel this swap, sorry again.

And please let me know if you have any concerns or questions, I'm fairly new to hosting!

I am glad you decided to this. It is a clever idea. :-)

This is a lot like my swap - A Smile for Under A dollar. We had 35 people sign up for that one. I think your idea to send from 3 different categories is a cute one.

Thanks for hosting this..

I no longer work but, I love office type supplies anyway! Keeping the postage down will be a challenge but, it sounds like a fun one!

Sorry for the partner delay guys, and thanks to those who gave me a bit of a nudge when it had obviously slipped my mind. Happy swapping!

I sent mine. My postage was $1.30 :D Maybe it would have been a little cheaper if i sent flat items, but everything was nice and light!
