This is a US swap. 1 partner, 1 atc that's hand drawn or hand painted by you and that features spring flowers! All hd/hp mediums are welcome EXCEPT FOR No. 2 pencil, pastels or ball point pen. Break out the watercolors, markers, acrylics, pastels, colored pencils - you may use more than one medium but all mediums must be either hand drawn or hand painted.
