CPG 2025 Flat Advent Days 1 & 2 - US

This is a US swap.

2 partners, 1 decorated & filled envelope for each so a total of 2 flat envies for each swap.

I will host 12 separate flat advent swaps, each for 2 days of the month. If you do all 12 swaps you should end up with a total of 24 flat Christmas envelope gifts and you will have mailed 24 envelopes. You don't need to participate in the whole series.

Each envelope must be decorated for the holidays and filled with items from the following list. Absolutely no paper scraps or junk items. Each envelope should be a good quality filled envelope. It must be at least one ounce/one first class USPS stamp. You may go over by an ounce if you choose.

The total value of each envelope before postage should be $2+.

Do NOT sign up if you can't commit to sending nice items, please and thanks. Sending poor quality items will get you removed from the group.

I will host a late advent swap in October as well if you aren't ready for the holidays.

Days 1 & 2:

Requirements:

• Decorate (in a christmas/winter holiday theme and colors) one large/business/notecard envelopes for each partner and write Day 1 & 2 on the outside of each of the envelopes. Also write the name of this swap on the back of the envelope to make rating easier.

Envelopes must be holiday/christmas themed - wrapping paper or plain envelopes you have decorated enough that they will look festive if displayed. Use flat embellishments only.

NO JUNK, PAPER SCRAP, FREEBIE or USED items

NO food or drink items.

Handmade items only where specified.

YES to sending items from Etsy or Amazon - please let your partner know that they are coming from the vendor as they will not be wrapped. Please put the swap name as part of the address when you send these items.

The envelope gifts do not have to be holiday themed, but they do need to be nice things. Items do not have to be profile based, so start making your envelopes as soon as you sign up! Check your partner's profile for dislikes and do not send those items or colors.

These are the only acceptable fillers:

• 1 new sheet of quality stickers (no kiddie/planner/freebie/aphabet stickers) OR 12 quality loose stickers
• 1 nice large sticker listed on your partner's Etsy or Amazon profile
• 1 digital Etsy item listed on your partner's profile (patterns, printables, etc)
• 1 digital Amazon item listed on your partner's profile (ebook, music, etc)
• 1 sheet/30+ of personalized address labels (homemade ok)
• 1 sheet/8+ of PDT labels (homemade ok)
• 1 sheet/4+ swap/tag/rak inserts (homemade ok)
• 1 new pen or marker (this is where Amazon is handy!)
• 1 glue stick (this is where Amazon is handy!)
• 1 face/hand sheet mask, if on profile
• 1 $2+ gift card to Starbucks, Michaels, etc
• 1 large envie worth of ephemera/die cuts/tags
• 1 mini pocket letter (handmade required)
• 1 new stencil
• 1 DIY paper craft kit (handmade ok)
• 1 holiday ornament (handmade ok)
• 1 filled junk journal pocket tag (handmade required)
• 2 unused USPS first class letter stamps
• 3 unused USPS first class postcard stamps
• Any combination of USPS first class postage that totals $1.50+
• 2 new/blank notecards and envies (storebought only)
• 2 new packs of seeds (homemade or storebought)
• 2 paper napkins for decoupage, top layer only
• 3 new/blank postcards (storebought only)
• 3 handmade envies of mailable size
• 4 washi tape samples
• 4 ribbon samples
• 5 kawaii memo sheets or other cute post-its, no sticky notes
