Hello swappers! This swap is all about celebrating where we live here in the UK. You’ll have one partner, and your task is to share a little glimpse of your hometown, city, or village through your own photographs. 📸 What to do: Take at least five interesting photos that capture the spirit of where you live in the UK. More if you want to. Think beyond the obvious – not just landmarks, but hidden corners, local quirks, favourite spots, or everyday details that make your area unique. Print them (professionally, at home, or on a good-quality printer – all fine as long as they’re clear). You can: Write on the back of the photos, OR Include a sheet of notes, OR Write a letter to go alongside them. ✨ Optional extras: Put the photos together in a little booklet or mini album. Decorate with washi tape, doodles, or stickers. Make it something your partner will want to treasure. 🚫 Please don’t just snap “boring” things – aim for variety and creativity. Think of it as showing your partner around your home area, without them having to leave their own. ✅ Newbies are welcome, but only if they have a fully filled-out profile. As always I'll Angel if it's needed. Most importantly: have fun, explore your hometown with fresh eyes, and create a beautiful memory for your partner! Swap Requirements: You must live in the UK. Minimum of 10 printed photos, with descriptions included. Photos must be clear and visible (home-printed or shop-printed are both fine). Send on time! If you’re going to be late, don't hesitate to get in touch with your partner and let me know.. No recent 1s or 3s without explanation. Rate a 5 if you receive at least 10 clear photos of your partner’s hometown with descriptions. Hearts are up to you if your partner goes above and beyond (e.g., creative presentation, decoration, extras). As we head into Autumn, there should be lots of gorgeous colours, fallen leaves and signs of cosy days to come. If there's enough interest in this, I'll run it again in December so we can share the celebrations. |
