For this swap you will create a standard 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 card with one quick summer recipe. Use at least two layers of cardstock/scrapbook paper and then decorate with buttons, stamped images, jewels, ribbon, etc. And of course add a recipe ;-) Just use your imagination and have fun.
