ACTs: Window envelope to a tag?

Using the window part of an envelope this short will show you how to make a very nice tag.

Make one for your partner. No need to copy it exactly - put your own spin on it.

In fact, if you don't have a window envelope, or would prefer to make your own, you could use scrapbooking paper, a skinny rectangle die and some transparent paper (or similar item) about the same size as you'd find on an envelope.
