Description:
This is a Global swap. 1 partner, make and send them 3-4 paper clusters that incorporate at least one used postage stamp - the twist? No US stamps allowed! Please make them at least the size of a quarter and fairly flat. Paper clusters are a perfect way to use up your scraps, bits and pieces. What is a paper cluster? Its an embellishment made from 2-5 layers of paper, ephemera, that have been stapled or glued together to form a little embellishment. One layer must be a NON US postage stamp - if you don't have any real ones, print off or snip a photo of one! You can use stamps, stickers, washi, HD/HP, collage, etc. If you are on Instagram, post a pic with the hashtag cpgswap.

Do they have to be used stamps? I have a lot of vintage foreign stamps but most of them are not used.

Nope they will work!! If you wanna hand cancel or use a rubber stamp, that's fine too!
