Hi swappers . . . Let's follow along with Tina in THIS VIDEO to create TWO stable door pockets for our partners. Let's begin with a paper measuring 6" tall x 11" wide (cut down from an 8.5"x11" paper or simple a piece of paper measuring 6"x11". Please do provide a little writing space in the top right panel for journaling, or a little note if you're sending to a friend. I think this would make a great little note card because it's interactive. Please place a bit of ephemera into the pockets. The piece in the front pocket should be a bit sturdier since that keeps the 'stable door' shut. You'll only need to watch the first 11 minutes of the tutorial to get the basic construction of the piece and then, if you choose, you can fast forward to the end for embellishing ideas. Embellish in your own style, keeping the piece mostly flat--a little dimension is OK, but just a little ;+) Hope to see you there! | |
