Decorative Ticket Swap for the Fete

My Dear Friends,

Once again I am hosting the Raffle Ticket Swap for our Annual Village Fete which will be held on Saturday, June 27th this year. I hope you will all join in. For those new to the group, in this swap, we shall be making a strip of tickets for our partner for the fete. On the day a winner will drawn from all the entries and a prize will be awarded.

We will have one partner for this swap and will make a pretty strip of four tickets for your partner. Alternatively, you can decorate an existing strip of tickets in your own unique style. The size of the tickets is up to the sender, but do make them big enough for the raffle number to be added on the back. When partners have been assigned, I shall email each participant a series of numbers for their tickets. Please clearly write one number on the back of each of your tickets. Once your tickets are complete, send a little note along with them to your partner.

You may begin making your tickets as soon as you join the swap. I have tried to give ample time for crafting as well as travel time. In the event someone does not receive their tickets, I will email their assigned numbers so they can still play on the day.
