NP ~ Fall Note Card w/Fall Tuck-In

Swap Guidelines:
* 1 Partner
* Send your partner a fall themed note card and share something about fall (a favorite activity, fall recipe, fall tradition, etc)
* Include a flat fall tuck-in.

Halloween note cards or tuck-ins are not allowed for this swap, there will be a swap for that later.

Sender's choice on Note Cards - nicely handmade is okay.

This swap is Sender's Choice and is not profile based, but it's always good to check your partner's profile for any ideas on what they like and/or dislike.

Include the group name & swap title on outside of mailing envie or swap insert.

Rate your partner a 5 if swap requirement is met. Give a heart if you'd like.
