Okay, we all know by now that Mod Podge is evil. But have you seen what it can do with paper napkins? And this just begins to scratch the surface. Paper napkins make wonderful backgrounds for collage, journal pages, book covers, etc. and have you tried one on a ceramic tile? Tres happy crappy! This chick transfers paper napkins to cardstock with plastic wrap! How cool is that?! The only problem with paper napkins is that you have to buy full packages of them and they're all the same design. Who needs that? Not even a crapsister, and we need everything. So let's swap out paper napkins! The postage should be easy on the ol' wallet (have you ever made a duct tape wallet? You could do one with clear tape and paper napkins! I'm just sayin'). Send three different napkins to two partners; that's six in all (though you only need three different designs). They can be any size, just make sure they're of nice quality and that the design is printed on all or most of the napkin; the kind with only the edges decorated aren't really suitable for crappy crafting. You can certainly send more than three if you like, but it's not required. And please use a good-sized envelope so the napkins don't have to be folded (that is, folded more times than they already are). Since this swap isn't profile-specific, you can start stuffing napkins in envies right away, and I'll make the send-by date fairly quick so we can all start enjoying our new napkins. More crap for the stash! Whoo-hoo! |
