Description: | |
Are you inspired by the colorful swirled patterns of the curved shapes in paisley designs? For this swap, you will send one (1) HANDMADE postcard featuring paisley designs (and any other embellishments you'd like to add) to each of your three (3) partners for a total of three (3) handmade postcards. The postcard can be paper-based or fabric-based (sender's choice), and size is to be 4" x 6". Remember that the base must be strong enough to go through the mail without wrinkling easily. Please do NOT simply use a patterned piece of paper with a sticker thrown on top and call it a handmade postcard - we want to see your best work, your creative use of materials, a handmade postcard that's as nice as the one you hope to get in return. "SEND ONTO OTHERS AS YOU WISH TO BE SENT TO!" :-) This swap is international due to the low postage cost to mail postcards, even those that are handmade. You must have a completely filled out profile to join this swap, a rating of 4.8 or higher, and if you're a NEWBIE and wish to participate, PM me and we'll talk. I will review all profiles prior to assigning partners, so if you look even the tiniest bit suspicious, I'll PM you before removing you. I DO reserve the right to remove anyone whom I believe to be a potential flaker (you know who you are!). I'll happily angel for any flakers, but I'll also broadcast ALL flakers' names on the forums, so don't even THINK of joining and then telling me some unbelievable sob story about a catastrophe that's afflicted you & your family. As much as I'd like to give flakers the benefit of the doubt, I've been screwed too many times to believe anyone's sob stories anymore. So just don't join if you can't follow through, okay? Enough said about THAT... Most importantly? Be creative and HAVE FUN! :-) |
