Mix CD Scavenger Hunt 2009 v.2

Okay, I may as well admit it, I've gotten a little obsessed with these things. And so, I've decided to create a few more for the year.

For this swap you will be creating cds. Each cd must contain a minimum of 15 songs (can contain more). Each song must fulfill one of the categories noted below. You must include a track listing as well as an explanation as to which category the song fulfills. (Ideally I'd love an extra page in the package with a little note with each song telling a bit of a story (even just a sentence or two) about why it fits that category. So, if you have the time...)

You will have 2 partners and will be sending a cd to each partner.

Newbies are welcome. No unexplained recent ones and you must have signed into swapbot at least 2-3 days before I assign partners. This is international since postage should not be much.

Okay, those are the rules, now on to the categories:

1. A song that makes you think of eating outdoors in the summertime.
2. A song that used to make you cry but doesn’t anymore.
3. A song that makes you want to dance.
4. A song that plays in your head when you’re daydreaming at work.
5. A friend song.
6. The last song that you listened to in the car that when it came on you had to put it back to the beginning and turn up the volume.
7. A song from the best concert you ever attended.
8. Your favourite Beatles song.
9. A song with an animal in the title.
10. A song with your favourite instrumental solo.
11. A song that makes you think of an old crush.
12. The best song (in your opinion) from the soundtrack of your most favourite movie.
13. A song that either makes you feel adventurous or makes you think of an adventure you’ve had.
14. A song that reflects your current mood.
15. A song that instantly makes you think of being in the club (or pub or coffee shop, whichever is more your personality) with your friends.
16. A song that reflects some aspect of your religion or spirituality.
17. You’re going on a roadtrip. A song from the cd that you just have to take along.
18. A song from your current favourite cd.
19. A song that features the piano.
20. A song that makes you think of a friend, lover or family member that has passed on.
