Cross stitched/inchie ATC

Great idea! Is this for one or 2 cards for each partner?

Now this may seem like a silly question, given that the title is 'cross stitched inchie', but are the inchies only to be stitched specifically in cross stitch?

I ask because it sometimes seems that cross stitch (although technically referring to the one specific stitch) is actually often used as a generic term for stitching on aida/evenweave, and can actually include speciality stitches, such as backstitch, smyrna crosses, eyelets, satin stitch etc, and even other techniques, like blackwork, hardanger, and pulled thread.

So - just cross stitch; mostly cross stitch, but some speciality stitches; or any technique that involves counted thread work? Sorry to be a pain!

Never a silly question.....any stitching will be fine.....just as long as it is of the inchie size.
