I am a liitle confused. Aren't all takeouts "fast food"

I was just wondering that. But I think they mean no menus from places like McDonalds or Burger King. Places like Nando's and other restaurants are fine though.

Takeout menus for like Applebees (although Applebees is a chain), Chinese restaurants, Pizza joints (be careful with pizza places though, some of them are chains, like Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Dominoes, etc.)...is what this swap is from my understanding.
