"Harajuku" Style ATC Swap

What does "Harajuku" mean to you? Express it in an ATC! You'll be making two ATC's, 1 per partner. They can be the same, or different.

Grab any media you'd like to represent "Harajuku". Glitter, Fabric, ... get as colorful and outrageous as you'd like!

You can base your ATC around an outfit, a person, an accessory, a hairdo... as long as it'd fit into Harajuku!

Standard ATC size... 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Remember to make something you'd like to receive.

This is a newbie friendly swap. Please, please, please ... no flakers. No 1's in the last 6 months, and please have atleast a 4.8 rating.
