ATC Above-and-beyond supply swap

For this swap you will have one partner. You will use a 4x7 inch envelope (that's the small bubble mailer size...larger packaging is allowed if necessary), and fill it with random possible ATC supplies. Extras you have on hand, or things you have purchased...use your imagination. Things you would love to receive from someone. That's crucial. It doesn't need to be a lot...a 4x7 envelope is quickly filled... but read on...

Here is where it gets tricky... the only way to get a 5 rating is to exceed your partner's expectations. For this swap you MUST make it extra special, somehow. It must be extra-super-cool and sweetly-wonderful. How will you do this? Maybe decorating the envelope in a quirky excellent fashion, or finding another unique way to mail besides an envelope. (just keeping that 4x7 size in mind for minimum swap quantity) Maybe including some profile surprises on top of the lovely ATC supplies you chose. Maybe you have a craft you are really good at... you can include something wonderful you have made, or directions for your partner to make it...maybe your partner loves to read and you have a book you think she will enjoy...maybe she loves pink, so you theme the whole package pink...we all know what it takes to turn a good package into a great package, and this is the time to do it!! Don't hold back! This doesn't need to be costly, but it WILL take you some time.

Requirements: One partner, one 4x7 envie with ATC supplies, and reaching above-and-beyond normal expectations...it's a good time to practice going the second mile for your partner.

If swap requirements are met, everyone SHOULD receive a 5 AND a heart (because it will automatically be an extra special package!) The 5 rating is not based on whether you love the items sent, but on whether your swap partner fullfilled requirements, and also put extra effort out to make the package wonderful.

Due to the unique nature of this swap, no flaking is allowed! :) Participants must have at least 20 ratings on their profile, excluding e-mail swaps. They must have a minimum of 15 hearts already. No no-sends in your history at all.

If you have a 3 or 1 in your history, for a reason besides a no-send, pm me BEFORE joining or I will automatically ban you without remorse. Okay, with remorse, but I will still do it. Sometimes rating circumstances are out of our control. We'll look at it.

This will be regional to keep shipping costs down, allowing more focus on the package... if there is international interest another swap can be started.

Feel free to copy this idea, changing the participants' parameters as desired! I think it's a great idea for newbies, or even for people that for whatever reason had a period of no-sends... I just don't want to host it. I want to make sure these packages are WOW-worthy, and no one gets left without one.
