BLUE _______ATC Swap #5

In this monthly swap you will create an ATC based off of the blue possibilities of "BLUE_______."

Examples are: Blue Moon, Blue Monday, Blue Suede Shoes, Blue Streak, Blue Ribbon, Blue Plate Special, Blue Velvet, ... I "think" you get the idea. One "Blue" ATC to one partner. Standard ATC 2 1/2" X 3 1/2". Use an actual card or hard cardboard stock ; nothing flimsy.

Newbies are allowed (with very complete profiles). Members must have at least a 4.8 (with no recent no sends or disconcerting "3" tallies). Also you must not be a non-rater, as manners really do matter. I will be vigilant in discerning who makes a good swapper & final decision is mine. Note that I do "angel" my own swaps, so if you do not receive, please rate your flaker appropriately & let me know & I will angel out to you right away.
