Here are my preferences,

I prefer quality over quantity. Oh and I love LUSH haha. No Cosmopolitan or Glamour magazines for me because I buy them and I don't use massage oils.

My only allergy is Grapefruit :( looooove everything for a wonderful bath :) and books, and little notebooks and candles :) my profile along with my flickr and blog should give an idea ;)

Ooohhh, I'll take the grapefruit - and anything else citrusy, mint, coconut, gardenia. . .No allergies but I don't use makeup much. Love baths, though! Love girly stuff and never, ever buy it, so that's why I'm signed up!

I have to be really careful with makeup as I have sensative skin so preferably none of that :) Though I love lip glosses/balms, body lotion, body butters, little notebooks

Will we be sending the items in a box (preferably pretty) or does it not matter at all (ie bubble envelope)?

OK I just banned a user because she had 100% negative feedback (from 4 or 5 different swaps). If you don't have any feedback (ie new user), please e-mail me if you're serious about this swap because I know this isn't a US$2 swap and people would be dissappointed not to receive anything when they've sent plenty themselves. I'm relatively new here. I've done a couple of swaps but haven't got feedback for them yet as one's only just finished and the other's still in progress (mailed my stuff off straight away) I'd love to take part in this swap if that's ok?

I made a big batch of soaps at christmas and would love the excuse to do it again.

I'm allergic to aloe-vera, tea tree and witch hazel (i'm a pain i know!) as well as nuts (okay with almonds!) but I love girly things, soaps, fruity things and anything that smells pretty.

Sent my box today too! Postage was incredibly expensive (17 euro by economy postage) but it's cool occassionally:D I really hope myncali likes my box;)

i would love to know if nelly got her box and the person who was supposed to send to me did not send it is too bad but i think i will not sign up for anything else 3 times and one was the hostess of the swap

oh boy! why quarantine Aezelle? is that a normal procedure in Australia (yours and another one were the first packages to Australia)

I'm really not sure about quarantine. I think it is a normal procedure now. They are very picky here. But thanx again farruska for the package. I have uploaded some photos =)

I'm with mdginzo - I'm up for two more swaps, which I'll complete but this swap cost me around $25 (including international postage) but I have received nothing. That's my fourth time (from a total of maybe 9 swaps). Just too much disappointment!

I've participated in 6 swaps, I didn't receive 1, another is on the way and the 3rd obviously didn't fit the requirements. :/ but then again , the other 3 packages I got more than fit the requirements so...

i got a message today from a participant who hasn't received her girly box from her partner yet. so girls, if you sent your package late or by economy ,please contact your partner! :)

I spent 20 euros on the box and over 10 euros for the postage and it was economyy postage! i can understand why people participating in this swap would pick economy, things are heavy and you've often already paid for the things inside.

Do be patient and wait another 2 weeks:)

the problem i see here is that the hosts of the swaps do not watch the feedback of the participants close enough if the host in this case had noticed the person name sheiscraftry had a bad score preivoulslythen they should have been banned

no, i watched her very well. when this swap ended, she had a perfect rating (5.000)

Update for Psychicx, just wanted you to know that as of today 9-26-06 I have not recieved box #1 that you said you sent out. So since you had to get another box together please leave me a msg. as to exactly on what date you are sending the box out and in what form of mailing are you sending it to me. I would like to know just how many days it is going to be before I recieve it, the post office person can let you know that depending on which way you decided to send it. Thanks.

Brenda- as of today 10-6-06, I haven't recieved anything yet and the mail person has already delivered the mail for the day, unless it is coming by UPS or FEDEX than maybe it will delivered later this evening. I'll let you know once I recieve it. Thanks for the update. I'll be on the lookout.

Hi- Brenda, finally recieved my girly box. Thanks for the extra effort that you made in seeing that I did get a gift. Loved the bag it was wrapped in, and the candles smell heavenly. The spray smells soooooooo good. Love the Canada pin that lights up. How cute is that??? The bubble bath salts will be used right away. Oh, and by the way, it was in my mail box today.

Is there anybody else besides me who hasn't received theirs yet? :(

i think my partner hasn't received hers too. it was supposed to have taken 2-3 weeks! perhaps its because i put the bath bomb in it and customs thought it really was a bomb? ;P

I still havent recieved it yet. It is okay I understand that it can take a while.

Wow, it's December and I have an update. I just want to say, for the record, that I DID get a girly box and a lovely, girly box it was!! Hope the rest of you who have been waiting received your girly treats! Happy Holidays!
