The question has come up many times before and now I have the answer! Labels! That's what goes on the back of your ATC! I have seen this on cards from other swaps and it seems like such a good idea. Plus, it's a fun way to identify yourself and make the back of the card nearly as much fun as the front. For this swap, you will make your partner ten (10) labels for the backs of their ATC's. You should include (or provide a space for) the following information:
You can use just about anything to make these labels, provided it fits on the back of an ATC (2.5" x 3.5" - ideally, the label would be slightly smaller). They can be adhesive or glue-on, handmade or printed. There should be enough room to reasonably expect someone to be able to write in information without having to use a magnifying glass, and any text you add should be clear and readable. It would be nice, since you are making these for a specific someone, to pre-print information like the artist's name and email/website info. Incorporate some color with doodles or a small graphic. Try coming up with a logo for your partner. Most importantly, have fun with it! This swap is open to all members of ATC's for N00bs. Remember, groups thrive on active participation and courtesy. Make something you would be happy to receive, send on time, and if there is a problem, please contact me or your partner to resolve the issue. Be excellent to each other and have fun! |
