You have 2 partners you send 2 meters of ribbon to. The ribbon pieces should not be shorter than 20cm, or longer than 50cm, so you have to send at least 4 different ribbons, not just one or two long ones. They should be at least 4mm wide.

Anyone with at least 20 ratings of 5, a rating of above 4.9 and no unexplained 3's or 1's in the last 3 months can join. I go trough the swappers signed up when the sign up date is over, not before. No need to drop from the swap just because someone with a bad rating tries to sign up.
