OMGoodness! What a funny yet easy swap! Wish I could send myself in a large padded box, with air holes of course, to some interesting foreign country, but alas (sign) you said "send anything but people". What a shake. LOL! :)

sebastian122 04/26/2010 #

Live stock? I have extra cows...

uauage 04/26/2010 #

I'm a newbie, I hope you'll host this swap again when I complete my 10 swaps!

Naeco 04/26/2010 #

@CraftyTweetie Hahah, yes I am always tempted to do a boyfriend swap, but somehow I don't think the postal people would appreciate that...

Naeco 04/26/2010 #

@sebastian122 I prefer my cows dead! And pre-cut. sorry, vegetarians/vegans.

Naeco 04/26/2010 #

@uauage I will definitely host this over and over if it goes well, so don't worry about not being able to join!

Frogglin 04/27/2010 #

I would totally take a live cow, but I think customs might have a thing or 10 to say about that!

Naeco 04/27/2010 #

Naaah.

RavenMiller 05/ 7/2010 #

Please do not send me any animals, animal by-products, or things that used to be animals.

Thank you.

Naeco 05/ 9/2010 #

@RavenMiller This swap is for people who do not mind receiving anything, hence the title of the swap. Do not join if that is not what you want.

aughtpui 05/11/2010 #

sounds very interesting :) am trying to complete 10 swaps before the signup date ^^

draco 05/18/2010 #

since this is a send "anything" swap, would anyone be interested in a kitchen sink?

WestMichiganGuy 05/18/2010 #

LMAO@draco

Naeco 05/19/2010 #

Hahah. I'm pretty sure the shipping costs would make it not worth sending.

valdes53 05/25/2010 #

omg your all so funny

crochetjunkie 05/25/2010 #

I have a very aggravating puppy, can I send her? LOLOL j/k

Cute idea!

Naeco 05/25/2010 #

Sure, as long as I'm not your partner. I already have an aggravating dog.

misscordelia 05/25/2010 #

Just no stickers..

Naeco 05/25/2010 #

Stickers are too lovable to say no to!

wackywallflower 05/26/2010 #

can we send just a part of a person? one foot? a few ears?

;)

Naeco 05/26/2010 #

Hmmm....I think the blood would seep through. Use tape!

MisfitScrapper 05/27/2010 #

Cute swap!! I Love it:)) I wish my shipping budget was bigger...hopefully, soon I can do more international swaps::))

Carriel 05/28/2010 #

I'm in!! This will be so fun. I'm learning to knit so I'm sure my partner will get a little something in that category amoung other things. This truly a no pressure swap. Thanks!

CraftyTweetie 05/28/2010 #

Talking about mailing people, did you know that way back when, people would send their children places, such as to a relative, etc., simply by buying enough postage stamps to literally "mail" them and pinning a note to them stating their name and destination. I saw it on a documentary one time.

CraftyTweetie 05/28/2010 #

BTW, I just LOVE the "shark-goldfish" photo in the swap's description! I guess the poor little guy (or gal) is a Jaws wanna-be! :) LOL!

Naeco 05/28/2010 #

@Carriel -- Thanks for joining! And yay for knitting!

Naeco 05/28/2010 #

@CraftyTweetie -- If only it were that easy nowadays... Hah.

And yes, I thought the picture fit the swap pretty well. For some reason.

RadicalRecrafter 05/28/2010 #

I live in the country.I'm totally up for receiving a goat or sheep. Can I send a raccoon? I have quite a few of those who think they are pets and live with us!

Emthe 05/29/2010 #

@CraftyTweetie Oi! Who fed them? My kids would drive the post office to distraction asking for something to eat every two hours!

lck1980 05/29/2010 #

Love this idea for a swap, won't be doing this one as I already have a few swaps to do, but will keep a look out in the future :) Hope that everyone has fun doing this one! ^__^

Dakini55 05/29/2010 #

I have lots of stuff to send!! I hope you have this one again and again!! cm

Naeco 05/29/2010 #

I will definitely do it again if all goes well.

Naeco 05/29/2010 #

LADYHIGHTOWER 05/30/2010 #

Oh, my! This is a lively group! Woo-hoo! Blessings!

Naeco 05/31/2010 #

I'll definitely run another one of these. I tried my best to filter out anyone who looked suspicious, so hopefully everything goes as planned! (=
