Mine have just been sent as 5 separate Word documents in a zip file. Hope that is OK.

I dont have word on my computer so i wont be able to view the recipes if they are in that format

Try RTF (.rtf) instead of a doc or word file. RTF is visible on anything that opens it up, including notepad (Yes, I'm a geek)
