With the kind permission of @slamophile I am hosting the international version of her original idea! All credit goes to her! I just like the idea so much, therefor the international version here it goes: "Instead of coloring in a page from a published coloring book - You will be the designer of the page to be colored in. Take one blank piece of paper and draw outlines on it - to make the picture to be colored in, and send it off to your partner who will have something to color! Can be as simple or intricate as your artistic talents allow. A regular school size sheet of paper ( approx. 8x10 in. or thereabouts) would be appropriate. This would be great little surprise to give to a child, or, for you, yourself, to have fun with. I think, if you put this in a larger envelope, it'd cost way more to send, so .. I'm thinking, due to postage concerns, it'd be okay to send the paper folded in a number 10 envelope. ( a number 10 envelope a regular long envelope, where you can fold a piece of paper in three's, and, slip the paper into that envelope ) I don't tell anyone how to rate, but I'd say the swap is open for all levels of talents, so please don't be sad, or, rate lower, if you receive a more simple, elementary, picture than you send out. It's about the fun! :) If this idea has already been done, I apologize to the original host, but, I've never seen it, before." I add some requirements of my own, sorry :) Please have a rating of 4.9 to join and no recent (last three months) ones or threes. If so, please explain me. Newbies, please pm if you want to take part, so i see that everyone has read the rules. :) I don't want anyone to be flaked on :) Thanks! I reserve, like always, the right to ban anyone I find fishy! :) Suggestions or questions, just ask! :) |
