Your favorite dessert recipe - E-Mail swap

This is the first swap I'm hosting and I decided to start with something simple: An E-Mail swap. I'll just hope no-one is going to flake, because really, that would be just stupid. After all, sending an E-Mail doesn't cost any money, and this topic doesn't require much time either. Newbies with filled-out profile are welcome.

The requirement for this swap is not particularly difficult: you will write down the recipe of your favorite home-made dessert (ready-made products don't count here, because really, going to the supermarket doesn't require instructions. XD) and send it to five people via E-Mail. Can be simple or complicated, just try to make the instructions intellegible.
