Description:

I have recently begun journalling and I am really enjoying it so I have decided to start a journal swap for this group.

For this swap you will have 1 partner and will be sending a journal that you have kept for a month.

Each day for a month you will choose one of the themes below and journal that.

There is no order to the themes, just pick one each day, but please make sure to do them all.

The journal can be store bought or handmade, but please make sure they are of a decent quality, we don't want them falling apart now do we and they must be at least 5x7.

Here are the themes:

  1. This page is all about you

  2. Fill and entire page in your journal with small circles. Draw them in color, or color them in.

  3. illustrate your grocery list

  4. make a map of everywhere you went in one day

  5. paste all your stamps here that you received in the mail today....and tel what they came from

  6. go for a walk, draw/list all the things you see

  7. Physically alter a page (i.e. cut holes in it, pour tea on it, burn it, fold it etc)

  8. glue an envie into your journal and fill it with random stuff

  9. Draw or list all the things in your purse/bag

  10. write an entry in your journal in really LARGE letters

  11. write a journal entry using found words....like newspaer, stickers, books, etc. DO NOT WRITE IT YOURSELF

  12. Illustrate this page with your immediate family members

  13. Create an image using dots

  14. list 10 of your habits (or all of them if you have less than 10)

  15. write in your journal using a different medium (i.e. brush & ink, charcoal, old typewriter, crayons, markers) (again free choice what you write about)

  16. List 10 things you can see from where you're sitting.

  17. Write down lyrics or a poem you really like.

  18. fill this page with your favorite color or colors(use any mediums you have)

  19. Write about something you volunteered for or to do

  20. journal your favorite recipe here

  21. Write about 5 of your short/long term goals?

  22. Describe your favorite place to write in your journal, craft, escape and why it's your favorite.

  23. List three things you can't live without. (not the basic air, water, food)

  24. if you had to leave right now...no time to pack, what three things would you take with you?

  25. Glue in or Insert picture of an artifact from your day. This could be a business card from a place you visited, a ticket from a movie you saw, a stamp from an envelope, etc.

  26. What made you feel good this week?

  27. What are some of your idiosyncrasies or quirks?

  28. Color the edges of your journal

  29. list 10 things that inspire you...in life, crafts, etc.

  30. list 10 of your favorite things....foods, smells, etc.

  31. decorate this page anyway you feel...this is your free theme page:)

So that's the 31 theme...YES 31.

You will have a month to send your journal after partners have been assigned, although you could sit and do most of them in a day if you wanted.

This is meant to be fun.....use this journal to express yourself....or try a new craft.

Enjoy and Happy Swapping!

This swap sounds great but I don't think I have the time required for it at the moment. Maybe next time. :)
