It's too hot to swap chocolate. So let's swap hard candy. You'll send to 1 partner hard candy by your choice. Try to not send usual Skittles or Starburst. Try to find something interesting especially if you join not from USA. But if you can't find anything unique in your city - yes, internationally know brands are allowed, too. Nothing too expensive, though. :) I'm not American and it's hard for me to set price for candy you'll send. Let it be 200 gramme and higher weight package of candy. You can join if you have at least two complete 3 type swaps. I'll angel from Russia if needed. I'll check profiles before assigning partners.

Updated. I'm sorry I can't imagine how much candy you can buy in USA for 1 dollar :( Weight specification will be enough?

I think that weight is okay. But should it be just one kind of candy or some different kinds of candy in the package?

TrinitySF, I think it's up to you. Of course it's great if you can send different candy. But there could be people who haven't such great assortment.

That depends in which country you live. Here in Austria our Eurostores (= Dollarstores) don't even sell candy.
