Four cards should not be expensive to mail, so this IS international and newbie friendly. Please put thought into your ATCs. Not just a picture and a sticker. They don't have to be picasso's .. but put some effort in. Send what you wouldn't mind receiving. IF THERE IS A CONCERN THAT ANYONE IS A FLAKER, I WILL GLADLY ANGEL FOR ANY NO SENDS. | |
