Pay it forward for 31 days ( for the month of october) I know some of us may have busy lives , or other things that may get in the way of doing this swap but remember it can be simplest of things to pay it forward to someone.

Examples

Paying for a strangers coffee

Doing something around the house for a loved one whom could use the help

Making someone a lovely dinner

You will write down what you did everyday ( in a word document) including what the reaction was if you were able to see the reaction.

You can include pictures if you want to.

Be creative , and most of all have fun with it.
