Interesting...I've been swapping for 36 years and have never heard them called just "LB's" Thanks for teaching a kind of old dog a new trick!

it means "Label Bag." It's a type of mail swap. The links here are very helpful if you're new to all this.A label bag is essentially a little envelope or "bag" that gets sent from one person to another, like a friendship book would be swapped. Each person adds their own address/ friendship labels of a certain amount and takes some out. Then the labels are used to make more bags or FBs, and then those are swapped as well. yay! more swaps!
