Description:

While out looking for items for other swaps, I can across this very cute and very cheap photo book at a thrift store. You know, the 4x6 books with 15-20 pages in them? Being a photographer, I thought "How awesome would it bee to fill this up and send it out as a swap for others to see?"

And that's where this idea came from! I thought it would be cool to get one of these books and fill it with pictures from around your area.

For example, maybe go on a hike and take a few pictures and put them in here.

Now, I know printing can take up a good bit of ink, so I will change it up a bit. (: Most of these little books hold about 30-40 slots for pictures. For this swap, I would like you to fill with pictures, post cards, maybe some flowers or leaves for those lucky ones not coated in snow. Make it kind of like a mini scrapbook of your home town.

You don't need to go all out and decorate like and actual scrap book, but are more than welcome to. Just remember, your send may not do it!

I am going to make this international because I think it would make it more interesting! But only one partner since it's a lot of work and depending on how far out you go with decorating, might be more than just a couple dollars to send.

Great swap for those photographers or naturalist (:

This is my second created swap, so if you have comments or suggestions, don't be afraid to say something!

Giving about a month to send out since it's a good bit of work!

Open only to newbies will well filled out profiles. If I ban you, please take no offense and I will explain why.

I love this idea! I might not be able to join in right now but if you ran another one in summer, I would definitely be in. ;)

Just a heads up as this is international; quarantine is really strict about sending plant material overseas, so as lovely as sending pressed flowers in the album it may cause a problem in that way. I'm not trying to be a wet blanket or anything, I'd just hate to see something lovingly made and time-consuming never arriving because the P.O. intercepts it. :/

Thank you for pointing that out (:

When I was finding prices for shipping out of the states, USPS.com actually gave me a list of things prohibited in those areas. Checking this will help (: I'm giving a bunch of time, so make sure you check before shipping?
