This swap will most likely appeal to those who scrapbook--but feel free to join, even if scrappin' isn't your thing.

We all have some laying around . . . ugly scrapbook paper. For this ATC, let's challenge ourselves to use the ugly paper in a way that will make it not so ugly--quill with it, stitch a pattern in it, fold it into a flower, be creative.
