Description:
KAWAII THEMED ATCs This will be a recurring monthly swap as long as there is interest. You will create and send one Kawaii theme ATC to each of your two partners. ATCs are 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". Check out Flickr (search for "Kawaii ATC" for inspiration). Any technique(s)/medium(s) are welcome! I reserve the right to ban anyone who I feel shouldn't be a part of this swap.
