Description:
create and pass along ONE atc to ONE partner, any theme you choose. This is a group swap and it should go with out saying if you flake you will be banned from the group and the group founder will make a thread for you in the questionable swappers/flakers thread! the host of this swap is not responsible for angeling but will cooperate with @kalsmommy to help find an angel for you if you are flaked on. In most situations @kalsmommy or one of the officers will be more than happy to angel for you!
