I recently found the cutest idea for a rag quilt style tote bag. Now I want more fun flannel fabric! There is some great ideas for these bags on ebay.

So here's the details:

~~you will have 3 trading partners

~~not international sorry

~~You will send each trading partner a 1/3 of a yard of fabric.

~~The fabric needs to be either flannel or homespun-and it needs to be some kind of novelty print

~~Now if you want to earn yourself a heart it wouldn't be a bad idea to send along that coordinating fabric wink wink

I think that is fine so what is the pattern you are using you have my interest

It's actually a really easy pattern, I'm going to upload a picture soon. It takes a total of 28 5" squares. You need a set of 19 squares for the inside "lining" and then you need to pick 10 focus fabrics and 9 coordinating fabrics. I don't know if this will make sense, but you have 6 blocks for the front and back, 2 on each side, and 3 on the bottom. It goes together really easy.I'm spoiled and have a machine that cuts the ragged edges for me, but after you assemble the blocks you snip all the edges. And to add interest I'm using old fabric belts for the handles. I can't sew these fast enough I love them so much! Email me if you need help putting one together. (long comments sorry).
