You might want to add one or two more days between the signup deadline and the send deadline. If the signup deadline is May 14, it means you won't even be able to assign partners until May 15.

You need a few more days between deadline and send date. Not everyone has free schedule to do this right at the moment. Sometimes things happen in life. A week is a good amount. You'd get more participants.

I love these comment swaps. :):) I joined. :) But please put some distance between the sign up date and the swap date. I am at the opposite side of the world, so when I get assigned , it becomes May 14th for me.
