Is Lisa Frank considered Kawaii?

Lisa Frank is cute, but NOT kawaii. Kawaii is usually Japanese and sometimes Korean characters. Brands like Q-Lia, Saniro, San-X, Pool Cool, Kamio, etc. are kawaii brands.
