Description:
Create one collage ATC for one partner incorporating a black and white color scheme with ONE accent color of your choosing. The swap graphic is an example using one of my own ATC's. See it larger here. The Rules: The usual: 2Â½"x3Â½" in size, sturdy backing, info on the back. The theme of the ATC is sender's choice.
