Description:

It's almost time for school to start back up...what better way to introduce yourself to the class (and get major brownie points) than to bring some awesome cupcakes that are beautifully decorated?

Your mission: Send your partner 24 cupcake toppers.

Please dont just tape a printed piece of paper on a toothpick, but get creative and make something you would love getting.

Need some inspiration? Here, Here and Here are some great links to give you ideas.

You can use cardstock, ribbon, glue, markers, google eyes, felt.. let your creative juices flow!

The theme is sender's choice, but try not to be too limited in your theme (ex, Christmas or Halloween themed), these should be able to be used generally any time of the year.

Happy cupcake topping!

Check with your school system first....many schools no longer allow homemade baked goods to be brought into schools. Fear of poisons, allergies to various food produucts, etc...many schools I know of only allow store-bought foods in the classrooms.

sorry about the multiple posts...my computer is going nuts & it seems that every thing I send is sent many times!! :-)

No problem, turtle, good advice! I'm in Alaska and my school district encourages homemade goods, as long as they basically healthy. Although I've never found anything wrong with bringing in a cupcake here or there...they try to encourage low sugar, low fat products :)

sounds like fun! :) regardless if they are for school or otherwise

I'd enjoy doing this!

do you need to make them al the same?

bobogrl 08/11/2011 #

channie, you will send out the 24 all at once to your partner. A batch of cupcakes usually yields 24, so you will have 24 when you receive them from your partner as well.
