For this swap you'll have one partner to whom you'll send a letter (at least 2 pages, but it can be longer if you want). In the letter you should describe a case that would be interesting to solve for Sam and Dean.

But here's a catch. You ought to write about your local legend. It can also be a well-know story in your region/country, but then add some twist to it.

The swap is open to all members of our group.

@ MeliaMellon Yes, you can write to them - you know the saying "the sky is the limit". Therefore, you can do everything you want as long as you don't forget about the basic rules of the swap (the local legend + at least 2 pages).
