I just got off the phone with UPS international India customs support. They said you need to call them and confirm you are the receiver. Here is the number: 912228276200
They said to reference your tracking number for the picket letter.

I don't know what else to do on my end. UPS, India, needs you to verify information at this point. I cannot do that for you. If you choose not to contact them and the package is destroyed, I cannot be held responsible for that. Please contact them at the number above so we can move forward and clear the books of this swap.

UPS is needing some additional information from you to pass onto customs. Please respond, as I don't know what to do at this point. The package is between UPS and INDIA Airport customs. Thank you.
