Hi My name is Danny and I am an artist from Australia in my mid 20s!

I love making collages in my journal, zines (made 13 so fair!) and kandi! I also draw/paint with a ton of art mediums and, sew ^_^

Currently trying to write more but so fair have only written the odd fanfic here and there and some short poems :P

When I'm not being creative I like to walk around, go to parks, browse second hand shops (and any place I find intriguing), read (comics/manga mostly but been trying to read more novels! I also enjoy a good non-fiction book), watch shows (or youtube), play video games, and drink ice lattes.

My gender is male & non-binary, I use he/him and it/it's pronouns, I'm also queer and autistic.

I decided to Join this site after searching duckduckgo for ways to do pen-palling without using Facebook/mainstream social media platforms since, I have wanted to try it out for years but hadn't had the chance to start until recently and, saw a few recommendations for this website so I'm now giving it a go! :D

Likes: Cold weather (winter is by far my fave season), sunny days, alternative and Japanese fashion (such as Decora Kei, Fairy Kei, Scene, Gyaru, Retro fashion and anything that looks cute and/or cool!), mix media arts/crafts and, all things cute and bright.

I also enjoy many online aesthetics such as: Kidcore, Heisei Retro, Pastel Goth, Frutiger Aero, Frutiger Metro, Y2k/2000s futurism and Clowncore.

I also really like patterns like polka dots, plaids, stripes and even floral and animal prints! :D

Styles/stuff I'm personally not interested in receiving is dark academia, horror, religious themed stuff, loose glitter, emoji stuff (emoticons are the exception, love them!) and Disney stuff. no hate to these things, they're just not for me. Also Please never send anything created by A.I!

Dislikes: Loud sounds, mega corporations, busy bodies/rude people and anything Gen A.I.

The Sims Franchise (TS2 on PC being my fave one), Sonic The Hedgehog, Kpop Demon Hunters, Ace Attorney, Scott Pilgrim, Bratz, Monster High, Vocal Synths (UTAU & Vocaloid), My Little Pony G4, toki doki (brand) and Minecraft.

I also love listening to all kinds of music but find myself drawn to EDM and Rock based genres the most, My fave band is the B-52s thanks to a music rabbit hold I went down during covid lockdown. These days I listen to music on my MP3, BandCamp or, playing CD's at home :P

Other current music faves are: Romantico by 800 cherries, Dewdrops in the Garden by Dee Lite, the colour and shape by Foo Fighters, Free Fall From Space by Bam Bam, Confessions on a Dance Floor by Madonna & Odyssey Number Five by Powderfinger.

Cats, but I also really like birds such as the Tasmanian Native Hen and the Superb Fairy Wren. But I will love seeing any animal theming!

Cyan! specifically true cyan or hex code 00ffff, warning if you're eyes are sensitive it is super bright and saturated.

I am mostly drawn to shades of blue, purple, pink and magenta, especially the saturated shades, but I love all colours, yes even brown and grey!

Lavender (also love the smell) and hydrangeas.
